The whole piece of cloth in overlapping strokes, either vertically or horizontally–just be certain that you stay in 1 direction. Apply foam to the towel. Permit the foam to sit at least five but no longer than 10 minutes.
Remove the foam with a clean towel that’s been moistened in clean water and wrung dry. Rinse and wring the towel out as necessary. Dry the piece immediately by opening the windows and moving the air in the area with fans. Do not use anything or a hair dryer that would apply warmth to the region. The fabric, overall, needs to dry at the exact same pace.

With one of these methods, make sure to test an inconspicuous place first (like under a cushion, or on back side of this skirt) to make certain colors will not fade or bleed.
